more done, less stress, I replay again and again

Legit helped me stop feelin like my day was runnin me instead of the other way around ⏰ the daily habits are crazy simple but somehow made a big difference in how i plan stuff. i ain’t perfect yet but i def feel less fried by the end of the day. if u got a million things goin on and zero time, this is a solid reset. I had to listen again and again some chapter to get things right and understand somethings that would really benefit in freeing up time.

Actually Helped Me Get My Evenings Back

Lots of great strategies

From increased productivity to the benifits of actually giving yourself breaks and time off, this book really broke down time management and how to apply it really well. I particularly liked the section on productivity because that's something that I personally always struggle with. Can't wait to start applying all of these things to my life.
