Summary

In this collection of interviews with survivors of suicide, individuals talk candidly and intimately about how their lives have been impacted by the suicide of a family member or close friend. Over 50 individuals were willing to share their personal tragedies as a way of helping others who face a similar loss as well as educating the public about the issues survivors of suicide face. Their willingness to share their stories is a testament to their endurance and strength in the face of adversity.

Really needed resource, with a heavy 'but...'

This is a great resource for anyone looking for comfort whom has lost someone to suicide, for professionals wanting to understand suicide and the stories behind those affected and makes for great honest case studies for those setting up support groups.

Sadly there's *so little* diversity and is too heavy handed in its Christian approach. This can be a major turn off for those who don't fit in to a middle class, conservative, Christian box and at times I just couldn't remotely relate.

That said, it's still a great resource, but needs much better editing as it skips and repeats sentences often.
