Kevin Richards, a young day to day hustler in the streets of Baltimore must do any and every thing to make sure he eats. The world of hustling is unforgiving, and one small slip could cost him everything.
If hustling wasn't the worst of his worries Kevin has a small child at home in dire need of a medical operation. The only problem is that as a hustler, Kevin is technically unemployed and broke to boot.
