This is such a staple book for anyone to have in their reading collection I have listened to it a number of times and collect a new nugget of wisdom every time.

I have for many months now been striving to listen to something that is so simply put and speaks directly to my soul. Having listened to The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, I felt I needed some further interpretation and assistance in understanding. This book did just that. Wayne puts this book across in a peaceful and understanding manner, he writes plainly and honestly and I can feel his calming and light filled energy just from listening to him reading.

This is one of those books/audio that I will treasure. I prefer the audio to the book because Wayne's quality of spirit shines through his voice. It's also more to the point and very easy to listen to. There's so much covered here. If you're struggling to be the best version of yourself or suffering from depression, feel lack of purpose or the world just seems full of darkness then fear not get his audio and listen to it carefully and become a light for others. In one key sentence that even religions don't seem to offer Wayne tells you the purpose of you being here; to let go and let God/spirit work through you. He gives you valuable suggestions on what you can do to achieve this. Wayne refers to Patanjali but I can refer to St Paul and his writings which clearly refer to the same process. It's clear the ancients which preceded Christianity were more spiritual than the ages that followed. It's up to us to stand up and be counted and part of the battle is filling your life with good things and this audio is one of them. When you refuse to be beaten and start renewing your thoughts magic starts happening in your life. I highly recommend this audio and suggest you look at others which also give you tools and support. Try and listen daily to give you a boost. Thankfully Wayne has many audios but check out Don Miguel Luiz, Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle too.

It is so easy to derail from the path you are on, this is the time you must come back to Wayne Dyer books to straighten yourself up and remind yourself that we are all temporary here and just need to do what we can with what we have in serving others. Wayne Dyer has helped me in so many ways and I truly regret not making a greater effort to visit his workshops when he was touring. He has such a positive energy to him it’s incredible. He was and will be an amazing representation of peace in this world.
