Best book that will help you raise responsible and emotionally well grounded children. The book is based on research and evidence and delivered with an amazing style of writing making information that's jargon laden very accessible for everyone.

Enjoy your journey of learning about your lizard and you baboon. This book will help you turn them into wise 🦉 owls.

A brilliant guide to parenting well

Great practical book to help parent healthily in todays age. I liked the scientific back up to her guidance, quoting many experts in their field.
I also liked the everday examples to challenging situations, we can all find ourselves in when parenting young kids.
It helped me realise that what I model in the first 5 years of my kids lives is so important, and when done well, will massively pay off in more well balanced, confident children who know how to process their emotions healthily.

Worth a listen

I like this book, the content is good, I like the examples, but the narration is a bit ‘cringe’ in some parts and sounds a little patronising, treating the reader as a bit dim. I may have preferred to read it rather than listen.
Still worth a purchase

Changed my perception of parenting!

So enlightening! Honestly this has changed my view on my kids behaviours and helped me to be calmer and more present. It has already helped us get closer and allow us to enjoy more family time together. How kate reads the book is awesome, she made it even better.
