About this listen

Brought to you by Penguin.

From the author of the Richard & Judy bestseller I'm Travelling Alone

In Sweden two young boys are murdered, their corpses left in an almost brutally artistic arrangement, and the case remains unsolved.

Years later, two more young boys are murdered in Norway in similar circumstances.

Mia Krüger, a young trainee at the Police Academy is drafted in to help solve the case due to her uncanny ability to piece together these horrific stories. Teamed up with Munch, her skills and his experience start to show that the two cases may be connected.

Really enjoyed the story, the writing was great, lots of detail and thought in there. The narration was excellent.

Great plot, excellent narration

I picked this book as it appeared more as a stand-alone thriller from the other 3 books in the series. This is one of my favorite genres. At times it was difficult to see how the threads would come together but overall I enjoyed it and will probably venture into book 1.

A great dynamic story. Twists and turns at every corner - plus interested characters who really came to life.

The performance!

A tightly plotted, yet engaging murder investigation story, with many lighter moments and relatable characters.

Well-illustrated characters.

Love the way the characters complement each other and all the twists and turns that keep you going all through to a grand finale

An enthralling read

No lead or plot thread will go answered or explored, if you love writing as the author comes up with it ( not thought out at all) you'll love this. I grieve the paper this is imbued in.

I hate this book.

I found this very difficult to keep my attention and I just couldn't get involved in the story at all.

very dull
