This book was such a perfect cosy listen. I enjoyed how whimsical elements of the story were, and the characters were very lovable. I would love to read another story about Mika Moon and the Society of Irregular Witches. I would also like to be able to order one of her magical teas and drink it under an enchanted blanket! The narration was also excellent and gave real life to the words.

This is one of the most incredible, delicate and lovingly written books, a close second to my adored TJ Klune book, The House in the Cerulean Sea.
With incredible patience we discover how family can also be something you stumble into, rather than something you are born into. The audiobook is an incredible experience that makes the book even more magical in my opinion.

If you want a great performance and a feel good story this is for you. I don't really like chick lit much but this was just enough of everything.
Not taxing, good story and interesting characters . You dont even really have to be into the ' witch thing'. It's more about finding your place in the world and being happy with it.
