Brought to tears

This book brought me to tears with its practical and applicable guidance to healing yourself. Healing emotional wounds can be tackled through reparenting, which isn't discussed enough in our day and age -- especially if you are a parent or considering having kids, this is a must-listen. I have learned SO much, thanks to this book. I found the steps to setting boundaries, specifically, most useful. Emotional well-being starts with boundaries! This isn't just a one-size-fits-all book - it can be tailored to your journey. In some sections of the book, it felt like the advice was coming from a therapist; it was that in-depth!

I feel like I can embrace my true self on a deeper level after unpacking this listen! I highly recommend this book!
