Great advice

Some great advice on how to improve cognitive function as we age. The book explains how we can suffer from brain fog, a reduction in sharpened or loss of memory. But there are things we can do to help improve our brain’s function. I like how only small lifestyle tweaks are needed such as improving your diet and other simple habits. Well written with great advice we can all benefit from

Sharp Mind Ongoing

This audio was a great choice in helping learn about this specific niche. I have read other books on nutrition but is is the first one that concentrated the nutrition strategies on the brain. I like that it gives suggestions as to which specific food to consume in order to gain mental energy and clarity. The idea of swapping specific meal items gradually was a easy to implement suggestion that I have began doing it. This audio has a lot to offer among them where the ideas to personalize my approach and to be mindful about the food I consume by noting the subtle difference in how my body feels once digested.
