A Relaxing Guide to Mental Equality

The audiobook gives you a gentle and practical way to release past traumas and move on from them. The mindful activities are easy to incorporate into your daily routine but will still have positive outcomes.

I loved the emphasis on self-awareness and empathy. These exercises taught me to take my feelings seriously and discard what no longer felt useful. The narrator’s voice made listening even more pleasant and fun.
