Summary
Five classic novelisations of exciting TV adventures set on distant planets!
In The Sensorites, the First Doctor is forced into an uneasy alliance with a race of telepathic creatures from the Sense-Sphere. In Doctor Who and the Space War, the Third Doctor finds that a full-scale war between Earth and the planet Draconia seems inevitable. In Doctor Who and the Planet of the Daleks, the Third Doctor and Jo discover a vast army of Daleks waiting to mobilise and conquer on the planet Spiridon. In Doctor Who and the Ribos Operation, the Fourth Doctor, Romana and K9 embark on a quest for the first missing segment of the Key to Time, and in The Androids of Tara they become entangled in the politics of a planet on which androids are a vital commodity.

Some of the best stories in the Who universe :)
I was transported to so many worlds, narrated by animated voices, rich in expression. Captivating from beginning to end. Recommend these Who-tales most highly as a cross-section of the classic stories. Wonderful.

boring stories
an excellent set of narrators, let down by the mundane nature of most of the stories

Do not buy this book
So I like dr who stories but these were hard work
The first story about the sensorites has to be one of the worst stories I’ve ever heard,’in fact if you had to make the choice to listen to this story on loop for the rest of my life or death i would choose death in a heartbeat, what is extra annoying is the aliens talk sloooooooowwwwwwww liiiikkkeeeee tthhiiisssss it’s super annoying and I am prettif sure they fabric of time broke while I was listening to the last 30 seconds of this story as it seemed to last about 3 years -9999999999 out of 10
The second story about the Darleks was alright 6 out of 10
The 3rd story is complete balderdash it is a story that somehow manages to not have a story which has to be some kind of skill 2 out of 10
The 4th story was ok for this audio book 3 out of 10
Unless you enjoy noise pain I suggest you avoid this audiobook at all costs
