The characters and the excellent narration.
The second book in this series was ever bit as interesting and enjoyable as the first. Wish I'd found Mark Richards a while ago. PLEASE Audible, will you give us more?

I love this series.
The reader has a wonderful voice & way of expressing all aspects of the story & different characters. I like the story lines & the believability of the characters. I hope further episodes live up to the same standard.

I loved this book and it’s companion. I listened to them back to back. I liked the plots, the characters and the narration. I wish there was a third to listen to now!

Pacey story,good narration
Enjoyed this, good evocation of coastal town/countryside. Likeable main character with good back story and interesting supporting cast.Have liked both books in series. shame others aren't available.
