Story and Characters and perfect narration of both
Mark Richards and his ability to wind the reader in to caring so much it is impressive. The narration is perfectly done, making each character unique and so the two together make a brilliant team. I didn't like the subject matter though and I did stop listening and wasn't going to go back to it, as it had become hard to hear. Says a lot for the pull of the author and narrator because I went back to it and faced a subject matter I didn't like because the characters implored me to do so.

lovely gentle book
good who done it. guessing right to the end, kind gentle characters. nice bad guys, but lost left to be expanding on.

Good Listen
I enjoyed hearing this book. Came straight to it from the first on this series ( free at the time of writing). which I preferred. I found the ending on this one a bit confusing. I would say listen to the previous book first. This one will then make more sense.

The he title of my review says it all. I have just noticed that none of the following books in the series are available on audible yet. I hope they are busy recording. Looking forward to more

Couldn’t put it down. Late night listening!
Enjoying the characters in the series but didn’t like the child abuse details. Uncomfortable reading but otherwise good story.

I love this series.
The reader has a wonderful voice & way of expressing all aspects of the story & different characters. I like the story lines & the believability of the characters. I hope further episodes live up to the same standard.

The characters and the excellent narration.
The second book in this series was ever bit as interesting and enjoyable as the first. Wish I'd found Mark Richards a while ago. PLEASE Audible, will you give us more?
