The reckoning is coming...

I highly recommend this author’s series. I find them so easy to get into. The stories are flowing and characters stand out and are easy to relate to. I am already looking forward to the next!

I love this series , and this book had me hooked from the start.

A compelling story with great, multifaceted characters often drawn with warmth and humour.

As always, Aoife Mc Mahon's narration brought the whole story alive

Another brilliant story from this author!!! Small critique of the narration of some of the male characters bordering on the ridiculous at times. William in particular that nasally whiney voice makes it seem as if he is a bit moronic whilst he is apparently quite a brilliant detective and a possible love interest for Lucy. However the story is so good that I could get over that irritation.

I probably should say that my 5 stars are more for being gripping & entertaining rather than a masterpiece! Really enjoyed this and hope there'll be many more to come.
