This recording seems to be the only unabridged version of the title available in English but another is definitely merited. Flo Gibson is a fine voice and reader but the variety of British accents (and Europeans speaking foreign-accented British English) is testing and her rendering is not altogether convincing.

In addition, the sound quality is poor, with each syllable carrying a level of audio distortion that is very wearisome to listen to, especially at this length!

Given how obscure (and atypical) this title is in James’s output, we may have to put up with this less than ideal rendering for a while. But it’s basically (but barely) bearable.
