short but sweet
while some of the concepts are a little dated, the overall message is fantastic. I will go back to this often. honestly I didnt expect much and was treated to motivational gold.

Old but short and hits many key points
A classic motivational speech - it sounds as though the recording is from the 80’s - but Tom hits many of the top themes recycled in many, many similar works - think and plan for tomorrow, live for now and only use the past to learn from, but don’t be held back by it. For free (included content) and at 1.5 speed worth the investment in time whilst watering the garden

Garbage in garbage out
At the point he mentions garbage in garbage out remembered that i agree with that concept and mentally checked out, he's just doing the classic motovational speach bs without providing anything of value. Garbage in, garbage out indeed.
It works well as a timer for the gym though, when he stopped talking my workout was over.
