it really makes you think about how you live your life
Disliked it was an American reader as I associate the accent when talking about self improvement with fads and cults. Having said that though I can see how this can transform your life, it's not rocket science, he spells things out really simply and explains the tools you can use to transform how you approach life appreciating all it has to offer.

Inspired listening
I’m new to miracle morning and wasn’t sure if this would resonate with me . It totally has convinced me to practice daily SAVERS . Hal is so positive and uplifting but keeps it real and recognises that people are at different starting points . I found myself reflecting that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain .

Life changing
I read this book just at the right time in my life, when I was feeling motivated to level up my morning routine. I've gone from being a night owl to waking up at 6.30am each morning and practising my SAVERS with wonderful effects on my life. Can't recommend enough - a game changer!

miracle life transformation
I have been gifted this book by my coach then decided to also listen the audible version. what is most astonishing is that those practices and daily routines are so simple to apply and incredibly effective from day 1. I cannot believe that I've never been a morning person and now I'm reformed and fully embraced the routines religiously. They become just as breathing and eating, they become part of your body, soul and mind daily needs. I'm still on my early journey of transformation but I can feel and see the person I'm becoming.
I love the real life examples given and thank you Hal for creating and sharing your life story, struggles, successes and positivity to a better world.

A revolutionsry approach to self improvement
I had started this book years ago but never got into it. Had it recommended by a PT and it has started to really help me to get fitter, sleep better and feel amazing

The method
lazyness, instead of putting the names of the actual chapters they just say chapter 1,2,3,4 etc it makes it ha d tofollow especially when I clicked or scipted the wrong chapterby mistake. I found myself lost not knowing where I left off
