I loved this meditation. The variety of elements it addressed worked hand in hand with one another. I particularly enjoyed the wealth hypnosis. This book got me breathin right n not snappin on ppl anymore 😌 the meditations are short but hit deep, and the wealth hypnosis one lowkey got me feelin unstoppable. i pop one on before bed n i’m out like a light. if ur brain’s been doin the most lately, this is the reset button u need.

I’ve been under quite a bit of stress over the last couple of years. We had a huge loft extension done in a small flat and then our beautiful little girl came a month after it was finished. It was the best thing to happen to us but my stress levels have been high!

I loved the exercises in the meditation mastery collection. It really made me evaluate myself and gave me even greater appreciation for my family and my own self-worth. The chapters on inner peace and joy and also gratitude meditation are two that really helped me. I liked the narrators voice as it gave the book a soothing atmosphere.
