Summary

Sam Brooks, a young superintendent with ProCon Builders, has been given responsibility for the largest and most complicated project of his career. good practical guide to LEAN construction

this a good practical guide to implementing lean construction in the field. I found the analogies of real world examples helpful. but with only having the audio book I feel I'm missing out on some critical graphical information that would be contained in the hard copy of the book.
