About this listen
How can today's business leaders keep up with seismic geopolitical and economic shifts that include Brexit, inflation, and the unseating of traditional political powers, and what do these mean for their own leadership narratives? In The Leadership Lab, best-selling author Chris Lewis and superstar megatrends analyst Dr. Pippa Malmgren help you lead your team through this change successfully. Covering everything from how to build a new type of leadership trust when other spheres of public power have been overturned, to robots overtaking companies and worldwide indebtedness affecting business, this audiobook explains not only why the old rules no longer apply, but also how to blaze a trail in this new world order and be the best leader you can be.
The Leadership Lab includes exclusive interviews with top executives grappling with the new world order and discusses what key global trends keep them awake at night and how they respond to them. It is a must-listen for aspiring leaders and C-level executives seeking to develop a real intuition when it comes to dealing with the global currents disrupting business and how to build an empathetic, credible, stable and strong leadership path.

Essential reading for leaders.
Every leader worth their salt must be aware of the fundamental changes in the social contract between organisations and those who work within them.
Like nothing else I have come across, this book frames the debate and has helped me come to terms with the accelerating pace of change, how to embrace that change and recognise where others in leadership positions are unwilling or unable to adapt.
Essential reading!

Almost complete nonsense with no content
The only good part of the book is where Pippa Malmgren explains qualitative signals of inflation which reminded me of her excellent book Signals.
The top bad parts are:
1. The first 50 minutes is listing the names of people who took part in the book
2. Adding "Ality" to words makes everything vague and meaningless; sorry I'm mean the book has vaguality
3. Listing words is not a book or even a sentence with meaning; sorry I mean the book lacks communicatailty, inclusive, emotion, <insert a word which sounds like you know what your doing>
In conclusion don't read this and I'm getting a refund.
Read Signals by Pippa Malmgren if your interested in economics
