Summary

This wonderful full length novella tells the story of Siobhan and Isaac. Siobhan has grown up to be the sort of women that a father fears, fierce, hot headed and full of anger. Despite his best intentions he is unable to find a husband for her in their little Irish town. With his reputation to consider and a deep seated blame from the past, he sells her to a gang of kidnappers who take her to America to become a mail order bride.

A lovely story

It was a short but emotional story, kept me invested.
The narrator had a strange accent, probably irish? I am not specialist in English accents, sorry. But it was sometimes a bit annoying, otherwise long time I didn’t hear the narrator actually laughing :))
