Summary
This is a Modern English reading of the interpretations and the meanings of the Holy Qur'an, based on interpretations of the meaning by Dr Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Dr Muhammad Muhsin Khan.
To understand the complete meaning and spiritual messages we recommend that listeners learn Arabic and read in the language of the Holy Qur'an. The Holy Qur'an is best learned with teachers and study circles.
This production in the English language is only an interpretation of the Arabic.

.
I would prefer the reader to read more slowly, Audible enables you to slow down the reading but it distorts the voice the more you slow it down. I had to listen at 80 % to be able to take it all in and it was still too quick at times. To slow it down more was unpleasant to the ear as the voice was distorted. However the reading is lovely, just too quick.

What's the meaning of Life?
This is Islam's Holy Book written by God as the Torah and Bible were before hand.
The Quran is an essential read as it is the Instruction Manual on how to live life.
I enjoyed this book as a muslim but think that non muslims would benefit also and realise what true Islam means, this is contrary to the actions of many muslims today who don't follow Islam and give it a bad name.
The Quran Audiobook is translated in contemporary english which is easier to understand than many other translations which are written in antiquated english.
Listening to the book has given me inner peace and stirred my heart.
For me it put the material world into perspective (how not to catch affluenza) and the best way to live my life.
A reminder that this world is short and the accumulation of wealth is not the meaning of life.
It is a must read for everyone especially those who want to know about real Islam from the source (the Quran) and not from the media or self proclaimed muslims.

Good
Reading is better than the first of the three audio books. The first came across rough.

Pleasant listening
Al Hamdu Lillah. This is as close to translation of the Holy Qur'an as you can get. The narrator applies feeling and emotion to the Surahs. I do hope he has developed a clearer understanding of the Holy Qur'an

Absolutely brilliant.
This is the first time I've used an audio book as I am not a strong reader ... so listening to the Quran made sense. I love the way Kevan Brigting reads. He makes the Quran sound like a proper story book and brings it to life. It's sounds like a story book sent to Muhammad, may God's pace be upon him. Thank you Noorbox and anyone else involved in making this. Wonder if there will be a tafseer... I hope so

In the name of Allah swt
I listen to it everyday. Wonderful translation, although, there is nothing like the original language of the book. I love it so much. Thank you.
