Summary
Dr. Hawkins's research is based on a well-established science called kinesiology, which has to do with the testing of an all-or-none muscle response stimulus. A positive stimulus generates a strong muscle response and a negative stimulus results in a demonstrable weakening of the test muscle. Clinical kinesiological muscle testing as a diagnostic technique has been verified widely over the past 25 years.

A must to listen to!
I am going to listen to this book many times it has so many gems of truth, logical thinking, humour and common sense. A nice mixture of narrators and information which added to the entertainment value. As a person who has read and listened to many spiritual books this now is one of my top three.

Great teachings from Dr Hawkins and Nikko Hansen
Have been listening to these teachings from Dr Hawkins and his good friend Nikko Hansen for quite some time and have gotten a better understanding of the spiritual truths spoken here over time. Invaluable teachings.

I ♥️ Doc and yes I know - principles above personalities.
I love Doc and all of his books but I’m especially fond of this book because they included Nico Hanson’s Bhudist’s chant at the end. It’s like bathing in a ravine with clear, sparkling spring water. Soul refreshing. thank you xx

Enjoyed listening to this programme - just wish it were longer! Some repeated material, from other Nightingale Conant programmes, but it didn't detract from such great content overall. Thank you.

Must Listen! Love it!
Absolutely love this book!! listen to it regularly and know its going deeper everytime. love David Hawkins! love how he explains "it all"! he makes it simple and fun. he has a great sense of humour. highly recommend his teachings.

Some great teachings, lots of pseudoscience
Very charismatic speaker and some lovely teachings contained in this audiobook which are sure to enhance anyone's life. The book works well as complementary knowledge, but I would not recommend this book if you are looking to learn about spiritualism for the first time as it might give you the wrong impression on this life-changing subject.
The reason being this book is mainly themed around a pseudoscience calibration method that works by measuring the force upon one's arm in response to a question, which seems to have much more to do with cognitive bias than spiritual truth. However non-scientific the method, the consciousness scale used for the calibration method is very clear and I found it particularly useful to create a mental picture of one's spiritual development path.
Overall it is an interesting book full of gifts by a talented and charismatic speaker, some bits are not quite believable, but most of it is insightful and lovely.

Waste of time...
Am I the only one who found laughing to himself by Dr. Hawkins extremely annoing???
Music in between chapters as well, and don't even have to mention the last 20mins of book...
Whats the sense of that actually?
