About this listen
Love, as it turns out, is the most complicated deal of all.
I'm the one-and-done, allergic-to-feelings, marriage-is-for-suckers guy.
That night with him? Unforgettable.
Learning he's my new client? Unexpected.
Pretending the spark between us isn’t a forever flame? Impossible.
My life is a string of bad decisions. Proposing a fake marriage to the sexy silver fox may be the worst one yet, but he needs me, and I might need him more.
Besides, why would I kick him out of my life when he looks so good in it?
What starts as a business arrangement quickly becomes something I can't categorize. Falling in love is definitely not part of our deal.
The Fake Husband Deal is book two in Ana Ashley's new series featuring the charming and far-too-handsome-for-their-own-good Spencer Brothers.
Expect romance, heat, fun, and plenty of laughs from a loving but slightly too meddlesome family unit.

Noah meets a sexy silver fox in a bar and a hot night ensues. But the two haven't even exchanged names yet.
Lior has completely different problems when his father dies. He can only inherit the company and his beloved musuem if he marries within 6 months. When Lior meets Noah again by chance, the explosive chemistry is right and they decide on a fake wedding. But what happens when real feelings get involved? And when the ex wants Lior back?
The story was a lot of fun, I was really entertained and it got exciting in between. The story is written in an emotional and touching way anyway and I really felt for the two of them.
The banter between Noah and Lior was brilliant and I loved the explosive chemistry between them and the complexity of their feelings.
The author captured the wonderful personalities of Lior and Noah perfectly. I loved this sweet story!
Alexander Cendese gave Noah and Lior perfect voices and as always delivered a great performance!
An amazing and entertaining audiobook.

Lior and Noah's relationship is an entertaining ride of highs and lows as they each offer something to help the other out but also get a husband out of the deal. Lior needs the husband in order to keep his father's company whilst Noah needs Lior's connections to help a cause close to his heart.
These two men spark straight away, their chemistry igniting, even on one of the hardest days of Lior's life but the power of Noah's sunshine personality and charm draws Lori to him. One anonymous hook up, followed by two unexpected encounters leads to a proposal that could solve things for both men but their connection and attraction to each other vastly outways their promise to keep feelings out of it.
Noah's character is hilarious but a lot of the time you can sense the hurt that he has buried underneath, trying to keep people at a distance. Luckily, Lior is up to the challenge. Together, Noah and Lior are a delight to read. Their chemistry is smoking hot throughout the book and the way they think they're not falling for each other is amusing. The trouble that Lior has with his business drags things down on occasion but Lior's mother is a wonderful support for him and she loves Noah just as much. The massive clan that is the Spencer family again mostly take centre stage with there being so many of them and the complexities of their relationships. Lex and Adam being twins means Noah has always felt a little bit on the outside but he still loves his brothers. However Adam's engagement to Victoria brings some drama, or Noah's marriage to Lior makes a certain bridezilla unhappy, which is more entertaining.
I love how we get to see a different side to Noah here, it feels more like the real him, or at least the parts he seems to hide from the family. Lior brings all of that out with ease and they are both able to be their true selves with little regard for how their hearts may hurt in the end.
A fantastic addition to the series and, with how this book ends, I can't wait for book three, Adam's story.
Wonderfully entertaining story and narrartion
