Recommend to me from a counsellor, I’ve read many psychology books ect. This was the biggest mirror! (For marriage) Saw stuff I didn’t see as a problem before, stuff that was very damaging! To hear about what to change is one thing but to be shown how step by step was completely new! And soooo helpful!

I didn't like this book in the slightest, I didn't find it empowering more patronising on women and how to basically roll over. I wanted to understand my husband better and why he treats me the way he does, but I am living with a narrsassist. if you think this book can help you it won't it will just push you deeper in an unhappy unhealthy relationship where you think everything is your fault.
