the reader was superb, im sure i would not have made it through the whole book without him !
i felt the book could have had several better endings along there very very long journey /quest!

Not my usual genre, but thought I would give it a go. On the whole, I enjoyed this book, but I did find it a little too long. For me it seemed to drag at times. The ending was a sad one, which never helps.

A hidden gem I stumbled upon and in few hours of listening, I hoped it will never end. I will listen it again after few years. Thank you for a story with true friendship, eternal love and courage.

The quality of translation and narration were spectacular! I only hope the rest of the series receive equal translation! An epic to rival the likes of Lord of the Rings

Loved the story and the twists. Elves always get me especially their rebirths.

The narrator is great but at times, the voices blend and I wonder who is speaking.

Lovely build up across time and how the beginning meets the end, or is that another beginning. Well. Better in audio than in paper back, although paperback comes with the smell I miss.
