Eye-opening and grounding

The Elegance of Simplicity made a profound effect on me. It opened my eyes to how uncomplicated the reality is when we strip it off our stories, meanings, and perceptions. It guided me to understand why we behave the way we do. It also gave me the tools to let go of what doesn't work and own who I really am.
