An excellent start to what hopefully promises to be a great series from Vince Pinkerton. The story is fast paced and edge of the seat listening in places. Set in the late 1800's to early 1900's it charts the life of Maria who sells her soul to the devil in order to do his work. Very gruesome in parts so probably not for anyone with a weak stomach. Oona Maya's narration is outstanding throughout bringing the whole story to life. Highly Recommended.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the narrator and leave this honest review.

Great Listen.
