Clear Guide to Understand Yourself

I listened to this during a quiet weekend and it helped me connect a lot of dots about how I handle relationships. The narrator had a calm steady voice that made the information easy to follow. It explained anxious and avoidant styles in a simple way without making it feel too clinical. It reminded me of a past friendship that faded and now I see how our different styles clashed. This gave me a better understanding of myself and others which I really appreciated.
