not bad, quite disjointed but overall good

it took a while to get used to it's structure as it didn't flow smoothly but it has some beautiful messages and heart warming testimonies that were encouraging, thought provoking and challenging. makes you realise how fragile and precious life can be and to make the most of every minute!
