I found this audiobook to be very useful in providing information on staying healthy past the age of 50. I was surprised to find out the even though all exercises are valuable the one to consider doing the most should be strength training. The information shared centered around strength training covering research was informative. I like the detailed information shared about protein and carbohydrates and the times they should be consumed followed by exercise. I appreciated that the author provides plenty of suggestions to do everything is a safe manner. The PDF included is a great resource to have, the images help understand the different exercises better. The workout reps. are explained in detail.
