Disclaimer: I got this book with a free code.

I wrote quite a long review for this but I decided not to post as it gives the book more credibility than it deserves.

There are a few moments when some point or other is nearly landed made but they are undermined by the delivery. It’s all over the place. There are far more sophisticated teachings elsewhere. I listened to this whilst out running and knew within 3 or 4 minutes I was not going to like it. Nevertheless, I finished it, if only to inform this review. Avoid.

Rambling, ranting and definitely not a guide.
