There is so much I appreciate about this book. The author narrating their own book doesn't always work however in this case it was a real treat. The structure of the book worked well for me alongside the depth and breadth of the contents. The combination of sharing others learning combined with the authors own wisdom offers a powerful mix of learning. This is a book I will revisit for both myself and peopIe I work with.

A generous sharing of wisdom

Becky Hall's "The Art of Enough" is an interesting exploration of what it means to be and to have enough. There are journaling prompts and exercises at the end of each chapter, which I found surprisingly helpful and enlightening. Overall, a lovely and inspiring read.

This is a really fantastic book. It’s written beautifully & thoughtfully where the author really truely understands their reader & is very empathetic. So much so that the advice & tools offered are actually easy to use in your own life. It’s a must read for anyone looking to have a more settled & easy life.

A really practical handbook to a more gentle life
