Mind blowing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely enjoyed every minute of listening to this book. The fact that the author himself narrated it, made even more interesting and surprisingly funny in places. The idea behind the book (where anxiety comes from) is mind blowing. I’m a big fan of the Inner Child approach and Polyvagal theory, but this book takes them to the next level. Recommend 100% to anyone who wants to overcome anxiety or interested to know about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic book on anxiety

I have gained so much insight from this book. I love it that it js read by the author who shares his own personal struggles with anxiety and trauma in childhood. He discusses a difficult topic with honesty, warmth and humour.
I have listened to many of Dr Russell’s podcasts but this book pulls things together so concisely. I would highly recommend it.

"Alarm" instead of "Anxiety", a game changer.

A very powerful and practical book which has really helped me to reframe my "anxiety" into something which resonates more authentically with me, with the term "alarm". Plus some useful practical tips.
Initially the book felt very repetitive and drawn out, but stick with it. There is Gold in here! thank you Dr kennedy for sharing this work.

The ultimate guide to dealing with anxiety

What can I say? This book was like a lightbulb going off in my head. The first book on anxiety to truly express how anxiety manifests itself and how to heal it. Thank you Russ for this gift of a book

A book written for me

This book has helped me so much, that it feels like it was written for me. I am using all of the tools taught and they are working so well that I actually feel in control of me again, massive thank you to Dr Kennedy I have even purchased the paperback version to share with others. Honestly anyone suffering from anxiety (alarms) listen or read this book it really will make a difference. My younger self and I give this book 5 stars all the way.

The essence of healing

I loved it! Dr. Kennedy is incredibly compassionate, clear, and funny in his narrative, making it soothing to listen to him. I’ve learned a lot about what anxiety is and how to manage it. I immediately started incorporating his system, and I'm already seeing results. I'm considering purchasing his program to explore the concepts more deeply. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with anxiety and seeking ways to heal.
