Summary

The 100-Minute Bible is an abridgement of the traditional Bible, which has primarily been written for people who are interested in Christian and spiritual matters but who do not have time to read through a whole traditional Bible.

Divided into 50 sections, it starts with the creation and moves though the history of the Jews in Old Testament times, the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, and an outline of issues facing the early Christian church before ending with the Revelation of John.

This spoken version takes longer than the title suggests but is beautifully read by the acclaimed TV actor Russell Boulter.

The 100 Minute Bible

Beautifully read and very easy listening though predictably 'sketchy'. This gives an insight into the content of the bible. I found the New Testament particularly enjoyable
