Very excellent book. Gives details on how to be an effective communicator.The great work this book does shows up in your written and verbal ques and had they taught this in school, we would all be better people. Highly recommend to anyone who wants actionable ideas and direction!!!!!

Exactly what I needed
This audiobook doesn't only touch the surface on why you should learn social skills, it also goes into HOW to actually and practically do it. And do it in an honest and great way for both you and the person you're trying to connect with. It has helped me with being more extroverted. Recommended!!

Very helpful guide!
I enjoyed the book and found that it covered a number of topics on communication that are worth being reminded of and a few that I had not previously considered. The examples given from influential executives make a subject that can otherwise appear dry come alive and the book is clearly well researched.
