I found this book very helpful and enjoyable. However, I am surprised that it's available as audio book as I don't find this format suitable for this particular type of book. I ordered it as hardcopy as I feel it's a book that invites and requires regular picking back up.

This is an excellent book that I will be re-reading . If you are a yoga instructor this will elevate your classes to a new level, keeping them fresh and interesting. If you are a seasoned practitioner, it will help deepen your practice .
