Summary
From New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Lauren Blakely comes a new stand-alone romance....
Man seeking woman: Hot, rich, smart, witty, self-made multimillionaire Internet genius seeks classy, intelligent, sexy, fun-loving woman who's interested in settling down and sharing all the good things.
There. Best. Ad. Ever.
I will absolutely find the woman of my dreams, someone who'll love me for me. Even if my sister thinks I need help dating, I'm confident I can pull this off, courtesy of the great World Wide Web.
Let me just hit the "upload" button right now....
No. Just no. As a woman and a professional matchmaker, I can't let Dylan Parker run this ad. He's the catch of all catches. That's why his sister has asked me to help her ridiculously good-looking, insanely rich, but socially clueless brother find a woman. As a broker of happily ever afters, I'm known as the Stud Finder since I make a great living pairing wildly successful women with men who won't fleece them but will adore them. After all, what woman in her right mind wouldn't fall in love with Dylan?
I mean, besides me. It totally won't be me.

What a pair of Narrators!
A professional matchmaker up for the challenge of matching her best friends rich, good looking and not ready to be let loose alone in the dating pool brother on a date.
They don't want him eaten by gold digging sharks, so Evie offers to help, a try not to date him herself.
A novella, but packed full of character, content and all important connection and chemistry between Dylan and Evie.
A standalone, but we meet some familiar faces, which is why I also love checking in on a Lauren Blakely book and getting my fix from some past and maybe future characters.
The narrators did such a wonderful job, I mean Grace is such a dream to listen to. Jesse, having watched him numerous times, I was so excited to listen to him bring a character to life, he didn't disappoint and as you can picture him as the character too, well deary me. Bliss!

Amazingly sexy
Oh gosh! This novella is so sweet. So sexy. So flirty I may die. I loved loved loved it!! I think it’s my favourite story from Lauren so far! *insert heart eyes emoji*
I do enjoy books about nerdy, handsome man. Even though Dylan seems like has everything: money, appearance and intelligence, he is missing one thing: confidence when it comes to finding love. He is socially awkward and so cute at times I wanted to hug him.
Evie is there to help him. To find him a perfect match and in order to do it she has to get to know all about him. So they start to fake-date. And this turns into something so sexy ...
Read it. Listen to it. Just do it.

Cute Short Story
Any additional comments?
As you may have noticed Lauren Blakely is a secret pleasure of mine and i devour all of her books.
Unfortunately, this one didn't match up to her other fantastic books for me, the story was great but narration wasn't as good as i am used to, her previous narrators have consisted of some great narrators including Andi Arndt, Sebastian York & Zachery Webber, so this new narrator had some big shoes to fill.
So although i would still recommend the story (friends to lovers are a personal favorite of mine) i wouldn't rush out to buy another audio book Narrated by Jesse Metcalfe as he didn't seem to "cut the mustard" for me.
He is however AMAZING to look at, so crickets :o)

Fun and short
STUD FINDER was definitely a fun listen. The concept of a matchmaker falling for her client and the client convincing the matchmaker of this was engaging. Novella audios aren't the easiest of listens to feel satisfied and the barr was high for STUD FINDER to deliver on this.
I liked both the characters in this book. Evie was a typical, focused workaholic, she hadn't given her own love life any time in a while. What ensued took Evie completely unawares. Flynn was also very like-able. All these pluses were exaggerated by the excellent narration of Grace Grant (one of my favourite female narrators) and Jesse Metcalfe (yes, I did say that). Jesse Metcalfe was absolutely superb and I vote he does more audio narration!
What lacked for me in this novella was more depth of story. It was over quickly and I felt like not a lot had happened to lead the couple to where they ended up. I wanted to know more about them as characters and about them together. The chemistry was strong but I was ultimately left wanting more.
This audio novella will work perfectly for that complete quick listen for a road trip or a flight, it isn't taxing and its fun.
