If you’re quitting smoking you need all the help you can get as we all know it can be a hard habit to kick. This book provides a great aid to run alongside nicotine patches or other medical interventions. It helps with shifting your mindset to help on the road to non-addiction. Supportive and Helpful

Trying to quit smoking is hard; habits are very hard to break. This is something my husband has struggled with over many years. It takes more than willpower, it takes a plan. you have to start new activities/habits, you need support around you, and you need tools like this audiobook. This audiobook is very supportive and helpful and can be used multiple times a day as needed to keep you on track in your quest to finally quit smoking!!! Very helpful.
