Honest, Helpful and Mirroring
Grateful to Sophia for her honest account of her life; as a result I have been helped during this stage of mine. At times she seemed to put my emotions and thoughts into words - definitely her words, but they appeared to mirror mine.
This book, this account, has helped me to move forward and out of a sticky, anxious place of despair.
Thank you for writing it honestly and carefully.
I will always be grateful for learning to STAY and spending time in God's awesome presence, feeling loved, welcomed and peaceful.

Very helpful
Final chapter superb - great "how to do it" summary. Look forward to re-listening to whole book soon and final chapter frequently.
