Great compilation of enriching contemplations!!!

Karren Brooks records her vast experience in working with business executives, elite athletes and legacy families to give us all a valuable tool as we exit the Covid -19 pandemic. The self-examination leads to self awareness and rebuilds our depleted life's capital account. One feels the exuberance and abundance woven into the contemplations. A timely work with timeless ideas.
Well read and excellent to listen to in small contemplative doses.
