About this listen

You finally get home after a long, stressful day of work, counting down the seconds until you finally get to hug your bed. But as soon as your head hits the pillow, you get left alone with a swirling storm of thoughts and worries. You realize that another long night is in front of you.

An hour later, your mind is still racing, well aware of the passing time and the unlikelihood of waking up well-rested. It’s time to put an end to this, once and for all.

All you need in order to get a great night’s sleep tonight is a story. See, as fast as the human race is evolving, we still haven’t discovered a more efficient way to help our brains relax and achieve a calmer mental state than good ol' storytelling.

A well-told story takes your mind off plans, worries, and recapitulations, providing a safety net beneath your brain, like the pillow under your skull.

That being said, if you are having trouble falling asleep, this audiobook is for you. It combines two magnificent bedtime stories with relaxing sounds of nature that will knock you out faster than any medication your doc has the authority to prescribe. It:

  • Takes your mind off any thoughts that could be occupying your mind and relieve anxiety - the number one cause of insomnia
  • Reduces your stress levels
  • Leaves you no other option but to relax and fall asleep within minutes

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Just a few minutes, and you’ll be on your way to the best night’s sleep you’ve had in months. Yes, it will feel silly at first - listening to a bedtime story like a seven-year-old - but it will work like a charm.

So, why put your rest off any longer? Buy the audiobook now and finally wake up fresh and recharged.

What a WONDERFUL work!

This wasn’t a book of stories, it was mostly sounds, rain, a stream etc. Very misleading.

Disappointing

I like to use these types of guided meditations to help with sleep but have found that a lot of the available audiobooks are very short and not worth the cost of a credit. The books in this series however seemed to offer more content so I thought I’d try one. Unfortunately, this is not the case; less than two of the five hours are sleep stories, the rest of the time is essentially made up with white noise. It’s a shame because those two stories, although not incredibly narrated, are fairly effective. Is it really so costly to produce these things?!

Also, I heavily suspect that the existing reviews are fake, they really do not describe this book at all!

Disappointing, lack of content

I got this, listen to it, and had a very calm sleep at night! So these summertime tales ingest work! And they are quite engaging too. I'm really enjoying this,

It's easy to listen to.
