Summary

All things being equal, people do business with people they know and like. Prices can be matched, but a decade-long relationship and mutual admiration cannot. This book will help you navigate the path to creating your own personal and professional network.

Lots of useful advice

Lots of actionable advice that sounds correct. Like follow up and watch your behaviour. Being very polite to people and yet letting the friendship go if it is not right for you.
