Narration spot on. Well written, pull no punches love story that really tests the emotions and sense of pain, loss and tragedy throughout. Has to have its conception in real life experience, or the research was epic. Not an easy listen, heavy on tragedy, but would recommend as a realistic listen.

Perfectly narrated, story was superb. Saylor is inspirational and Dirk inspite of his darkness is a sweetheart.

I struggled with the first few chapters but once the story reality started to be told of the love story of Dirk and sailor was beautiful but sad.

I was so not expecting this book to quite so amazing. It has to be one of the absolute best MC books I’ve ever listened to.
Without spoiling the plot, all I can say is you must listen to this book. It was free with my membership, but IMO it would definitely be worth a credit.
The storyline is fantastic, and didn’t go in the direction I expected. It was enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely not the regular MC style…..it was far better.
The narration was perfect in every aspect.
I absolutely loved it.
Very highly recommended 👍
