About this listen
How far would you go to protect the ones you love?
On the surface the De Vere family appear to have it all. Wealth, political power, and idyllic life split between their London mansion, Oxfordshire country house and their idyllic, sprawling Martha’s Vineyard estate. But beneath the gilded façade, and the family’s apparently watertight bonds with one another, lie many secrets, some of them deadly. When the mistakes of youth refuse to stay buried, and generation old hatreds resurface, the De Veres find themselves on the brink of losing everything. How far will each of them go to conceal the truth and protect the family?

Would you consider the audio edition of Sidney Sheldon's The Tides of Memory to be better than the print version?
Yes especially when it's read by the beautiful soothing voice of Denica Fairman! This story is full of many surprises and it takes a very good narator to create the right amount of tension where necessary. What other book might you compare Sidney Sheldon's The Tides of Memory to, and why?
I can only compare this book to any other books written by Sidney Sheldon. Such as: Angel, After the darkness. This author is rather unique. What does Denica Fairman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
Denica Fairman has got one of the most soothing voices which can get just as fierce as it can be soothing. This really creates a dramatic difference between the sweet characters, and the very mean ones. I particularly loved the dynamic difference in her tone when she reads the lighter chapters such as part one. . It lulled me in to thinking I was reading a danielle Steel instead of a Sidney sheldon until the murdders started to occur. If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Be ware! Everyone is a camelion!Any additional comments?
