This book had great ideas for how to make sure your vacation rental business stays in the black. For example, if you buy towels and sheets in bulk, you can take advantage of bulk pricing (something I didn't think of, and now am excited that this book gave me fresh ideas). Lot of great tips and ideas.

Type of property to invest - what are the implications of having a smaller property versus a larger one. The type of costs associated with extra amenities like a pool.

How to look at the second property - the way you see your second property will dictate how you invest on it and deal with challenges that arise when things with the renter do not go as smooth.

I also thought the narration flowed nicely.
