Excellent and really useful book
I was a bit nervous about buying an audiobook that had no reviews but my fears proved totally unfounded. This is a really interesting and informative book for anyone selling a property. I’m sure tips I’ve learned here will help me get the best price for my property.
There is so much useful information I here. If you are selling your property buy this book - this small investment could help you make a lot of money.

Some excellent tips for UK home sellers
This book contains a wide array of tips for UK home sellers. Areas such as presentation, marketing, choice of agent, considering who your buyer is etc are covered. There are lots of useful takeaways that I’ll refer back to. The narration is fantastic. The only minor grip is that the author often diverts to mentioning the benefits of professional staging, often referring to their own business. By the end, it felt a little bit like a promotional. However, that’s not to detract from lots of great tips this book contains.
