What a really impactful book! All of us, as know, are our own harshest critic, often too harsh. This book, however, introduces you to all sorts of ways to “let yourself off the hook” so to speak, while helping you understand why loving yourself matters. Teaching you how to let go of trying to achieve perfection in everything is one of the best parts of the book along with boundary setting, which is all important to keeping (or in my case reclaiming) your personal sense of peace.
