Summary

Miss Belle Heartstone - heiress and savvy businesswoman - needs a husband. Immediately. As in, yesterday would not have been soon enough. Her mother's attempts at matchmaking have been disastrous. A regency story you won't have read before, but will love it!

refreshingly different. loved the story, narrator, characters, pace of the story unfolding.
I cried and chucked and couldn't wait to find out how it ended. 5*****

Good enough

Stoyry is too long and held up by some ludicrous conceit (30 year old man with good eyesight fails to recognize a woman who proposed marriage to him 7 years previously, etc). But it is sweet and parts are very nicely observed. Worth a listen whilst doing something else.
