This book keeps you engaged and involved with the characters. Absolutely loved listening to it 😊 it's quite intense because of what's going on in the plot but really draws you in. And who doesn't like a love story on the top of all that? haha would highly recommend!

I love nick sparks. The story was interesting, the necessary romance, edgy in places. Easy to listen to and the narrator was good. My only hope is that Sparks puts more "oomph" into the female leads ... Maria for me wanted a bit more personality...

this is a great book full of intrigue and a bit of romance but twists and turns leaving you wanting more

This was my first Nicholas Sparks audible book after having watched most of the films based on his books. I thoroughly enjoyed the story although found it a bit tense at times, not ideal just before bed! The narrator was good, albeit some of the female characters were a bit excruciating at times, particularly Lily! Overall really enjoyed it and have just downloaded my next Nicholas Sparks book.
