I enjoyed this book as it wasn't just about how to keep safe, or how to react when under threat in certain situations. I also liked the fact that the author related some of the techniques he explains, and how he used them in his own situations, or in fact how he also ignored his own advice and acted completely different. It just goes to show that when under threat, it's not always possible to react how you should, but the book gives good advice on how you should try and react.
